1. BPCC has signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement and the institution has used no less than 50 percent of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the 关心行为 to provide Emergency Financial 援助 Grants to students.

6. 的 following criteria were used by the institution to determine which students receive Emergency Financial 援助 Grants and how much they would receive under Section 18004(a)(1) of the 关心行为.
   1. Students with active enrollment in a Title IV eligible program between March 1-31, 2020, who filed a FASFA no later than March 13, 2020, and who are eligible to receive Title IV funds (according to Section 484 of the HEA) within the spring 2020 payment period, 不包括:
      1. Prisoners;
      2. Cross-enrolled students who “home institution” is a non-LCTCS college;
      3. Students enrolled only in online courses; and
   2. In cases w在这里 a student is enrolled in two (2) or more LCTCS colleges during the month of March 2020, the college with the most academic history will award the funds. Such students should not receive more than one (1) payment.
