    1. Students with active enrollment in a Title IV eligible program between March 1-31, 2020, who filed a FASFA no later than March 13, 2020, and who are eligible to receive Title IV funds (according to Section 484 of the HEA) within the spring 2020 payment period, 不包括:
      1. Prisoners;
      2. Cross-enrolled students who “home institution” is a non-LCTCS college;
      3. Students enrolled only in online courses; and
    2. In cases w在这里 a student is enrolled in two (2) or more LCTCS colleges during the month of March 2020, the college with the most academic history will award the funds. Such students should not receive more than one (1) payment.
